Anne Fiser

was born and raised in Cannes, South of France with her father and mother who gifted her their artistic sense and love for fashion. In her early 20s she moved to Paris to study Fashion Design and worked in the High End Fashion industry. In the late 70s, Anne along with her daughters moved to Los Angeles, continued working in the industry prior to starting her own business as a Couture alterations expert and falling in love with the endless bridal possibilities. Anne was the Bridal alterations expert at Kleinfeld, Beverly Hills and Saks Bridal, until she recruited her daughter Olivia, and founded "A Stitch in Time".

Olivia Vaatete

followed into her mother's footsteps, majored in Interior Design, fell in love with the creative aspect of the bridal world and her mother's inspirations. Her experience ranges from expert alterations (specializing in lace and beading details) to the development of custom bridal accessories. She exclusively works with clients to create unique hair jewelry pieces, specialty beadings, customized veils, belts and boleros as well as custom bodices and higher necklines for more coverage. Olivia's pieces are solely designed with the finest fabrics/laces and crystals/beads. Olivia is known for designing and incorporating the latest fashions and trends into her work.

Sam, Anne's granddaughter and Olivia's niece, represents the next generation of A Stitch In Time Bridal Services. She is proud to continue her family's legacy while learning the artistry and traditions that have defined the atelier for over 30 years. A graduate of UC Davis with a Bachelor's degree in Design and also a tattoo artist, Sam brings a creative eye, precision, and passion for meaningful artistry to every aspect of her work. As Atelier Director, she oversees the client experience while developing her bridal styling expertise under Anne and Olivia's guidance. She also captures each bride's journey through thoughtful storytelling and creative content, as well as day of Behind the Scenes content, celebrating the beauty and craftsmanship behind every gown.

AJ, son of Olivia and grandson of Anne, is an integral part of our team, assisting with Day of Services. Outside of A Stitch in Time, AJ is a talented photographer who brings his creative eye, attention to detail, and passion for connecting with people into everything he does. As our dedicated Grooms & Groomsmen Stylist, AJ ensures every gentleman feels confident, polished, and ready for the big day. He loves spending quality time with his mom and grandmother while helping continue the legacy and passion behind our family brand.

Wendy’s connection to A Stitch in Time goes back to her years in luxury bridal, when she first got to know Anne and Olivia through Claire Pettibone. Years later, Olivia helped with Wendy’s own wedding look, including a piece from her French Love collection, and was the one person Wendy trusted with her dress that day. Their professional relationship grew into a friendship, making joining A Stitch in Time feel like a natural full-circle moment. With nearly two decades in bridal, Wendy brings an experienced eye to every detail and quietly notices what the bride or wedding party needs, so the bride can feel calm, look beautiful, and enjoy her day.
